Shell Store Hereford will open its doors to entrepreneurs, businesses and partners from across Herefordshire in an Open House event designed to bring the local business community closer together.
‍
The event comes off the back of the hugely successful launch event held at the enterprise hub in September, which saw Shell Store’s brand new coworking space unveiledÂ
‍
The Open House will take place on Thursday 7 March at 10am and consist of a four hour expo-style event where a host of local exhibitors will come together with over 100 attendees, offering the potential for new partnerships and business opportunities to be made.
‍
Guests are also encouraged to make use of the workspace for the entire day, enjoy free lunch and refreshments, and take the opportunity to have a look around our newly renovated ÂŁ7.2 million space.
‍
General admission is free and it’s hoped that attendees from a range of industries - including anyone not currently affiliated with Shell Store - will help to make the day as varied and insightful as possible, with ample opportunities to create valuable connections and find out how collaborations can boost local businesses.
‍
Julia Lowther, Community Assistant at Shell Store, will be on hand at the Open House to help guests get the most out of the day and answer questions about coworking, office space and business support at the enterprise hub through operators Town Square Spaces (TownSq).
‍
Julia said: “It was wonderful to have such a huge turnout for our launch event and to see the hub buzzing with so many attendees chatting and making those all-important connections. As Shell Store continues to develop, we want to host more networking-style events which bring like-minded entrepreneurs together in one room, and we’re delighted to say that the response to March’s Open House has been phenomenal so far.
‍
“We would encourage anyone to attend, whether you’re a member of Shell Store or never even heard of us, because we know how vital it is for the wider business community to have a sense of togetherness in order to collaborate and help each other to grow. Just one conversation can spark an idea or partnership that has the potential to take an enterprise to a new level, so I would urge any local business people to secure their free ticket now!”
